The difference between flat spiral springs and conventional springs is that spiral springs are a tightly wound structure, whereas conventional springs is a Linear shape, or a spaced-coil shape.
Compared with conventional wire springs, spiral springs have the following advantages,Elastic force maintained throughout the whole working trip;Short Preparing time for Elastic force accumulation, achieve required force within very limit distance;the original length smaller than wire springs;Unlimited working trip.

The inner and outer diameters shall not exceed the springs' original dimension after the repeated stretching reaches the springs' supposed lifespan.
